- When using additional, special services within the Game.

- Providing the ability to create, subsequently use, and manage a user account on the Service;
- Participating in the Game and accessing the gaming opportunities provided by the Game scenario;
- Interacting with other users;
- Correcting errors, developing new game features and services;
- Interacting with Users to obtain feedback on the Service, providing User support, sending notifications and other important messages regarding the Service;
- Receiving, processing, and verifying payments;
- Providing technical support;
- Informing about future events related to the Service, updates, and other similar events.
3. User data collected and processed by the Service.
The data collected and processed by the Service may include (but is not limited to):
- Name, nickname (character nickname);
- User ID (login or user ID);
- Email address;
- Payment information, etc.

In order to provide quality services, the Service collects and processes additional non-individual data. Such data includes:
- Unique user device identifier (HWID) and parameters of the software used;
- Operating system version, device type, and hardware identifiers;
- Time zone;
- Information about user actions on the Service and directly in the Game (game activity logs, actions on the Service, in-game achievements, time spent in the Game, time of last login to the Game, information about logins to the Game, etc.).
The Service may collect information about your IP address and the geographical location of the device from which you access the Service and Servers in order to provide you with services and information available for the relevant territory in which you are located.
5. Data storage.
The data storage period is the period during which related gaming services are provided (whichever is longer).
6. Use. Distribution and transfer of data.
The Service may combine (merge, amalgamate) and use combined user data with other information (including other data collected by the Service, as defined in Section 4 of this Policy) to provide, manage, and develop the Game.
